Requests for any kind of services for cruise ships such as gangways, Yokohama fenders, additional tugboats, additional security officers and scanners, and crane trucks, as well as shore power connections at Miðbakki and Faxagarður must be submitted by the ship’s agent 5 days prior to the ship’s arrival in Reykjavík.

The request must include technical details as well as the name, email address, and phone number of the ship’s responsible person (PIC), so that the request can be processed.
